  Would give zero stars if I could. This review is for the receptionists only. Their not very polite. And when I went to book an appointment the lady told me 1145 and then as she was getting my child's info she said o well it'll be 2 i said why she said because the 1145 was just taken. Excuse me thats not right if ur in the appointment calendar under that time it shouldn't be taken from someone else. They need to hire more customer oriented people sijnce this is what the customers see and hear.

  We have been waiting about a year for our insurance to be accepted. We followed Dr Callahan!! She is the best. I stopped in the office to fill out the release of my daughters medical records. The ladies up front were extremely helpful! They advised me to go to the old pediatrician to obtain some of the important part of the record to be able to make an appointment soon. I brought the paperwork back, success!! I can't say enough about our first time experience with the new office and of course, we are back with our favorite pediatrician Dr M. Callahan!
